Cleveland, east side and west
The whole city, on both sides of the river. The housing changes character considerably from one neighborhood to the next — pre-war doubles and colonials in one street, post-war bungalows a mile away, apartment buildings and converted commercial property in between — and that changes how a recovery is approached rather than whether it happens.
It is worth repeating the one boundary that actually matters here, because it is the thing most Cleveland searches are really about. Animals on public streets are a city responsibility, reported through 3-1-1. Animals on private property are the owner's to arrange, and the city's own dead animal request asks residents to bring the animal out to the curb before it will be collected. There are no separate pages for each town and no attempt to look bigger than the service is. If an address is outside what can sensibly be reached, saying so immediately is more useful to both sides than a scheduled visit that should never have been booked.

How do I know whether my address is covered?
Ask on the call — it takes about ten seconds to answer. Cleveland and Cuyahoga County are the core of the service; further out it depends on where the address sits. If an address falls outside the range you will hear that on the call rather than be left waiting on a callback.
Is this only for houses in the city itself?
No. Every kind of private property counts — owned homes, rentals, apartment buildings, condominium associations, small commercial premises, churches, and vacant lots. What matters is that the property is private and that the animal can be reached, not what the building is used for.
I am a landlord and the tenants reported the smell. Who arranges it?
Whoever is arranging the work is who the price is agreed with, and it can be organized without you being on site as long as access is worked out — which unit, how the building is entered, and whether anyone needs to be there.
