Terms of use

Short, because there is not much to it. Using this site means calling a number or sending a description. These are the terms that attach to that.

What this site is

An advertising and booking service for private-property dead animal work in the Cleveland area. It is not a removal company. It has no premises, employs no field staff and operates no vehicles. When you call or submit the form, the request goes to an independent removal operator who covers the address.

Who you contract with

The operator, not this site. They set the price, decide what they will and will not take on, and choose when they can attend. Whether they hold insurance or permits is a question to put to them directly. Their agreement with you is between the two of you. This site is not a party to it, does not take payment, and cannot commit the operator to anything.

What is not promised

Nothing here is a guarantee of availability, of an arrival time, of a price, or of an outcome. No page promises same-day attendance or a response window, because that is the operator’s call and it depends on the day. A carcass sealed inside a finished wall or ceiling with no existing route to it is beyond what a removal reaches, and a search does not always find what it is looking for.

This site makes no representation about any operator’s licensing, insurance, certification, training or experience. If those matter to you, ask the operator directly when they call you back.

Accuracy of what is published here

Ordinances, departmental phone numbers and municipal practice change without notice. Anything on this site describing what a public body does was accurate when it was checked and is offered so you can verify it yourself, not as advice. Confirm anything that matters with the department concerned before relying on it. Nothing here is legal advice.

Using the site

Do not submit the form with someone else’s details, do not use it to send automated or commercial messages, and do not scrape or republish the pages wholesale. The text, layout and structure of this site belong to it.

Limits

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, it is not liable for loss arising from work an operator did or did not perform, from a quoted or charged price, from a delay, or from reliance on a published municipal detail that has since changed.
